Cannot import from MS Word

Ok... getting frustrated here.

I am 3 days in with IT. I decided today that I cannot live without my auto correct shortcuts. That's cool, I can just import them.. WRONG. When I try to do so I get an error saying the process could not be completed.

I know that I probably need to call tech support but frankly it's hard to find time to do that when I'm already so slowed down by the adjustment to IT... maybe next week.
