Instant Text and Vista/Windows 7

I am happy to let you know that Vista won't prevent you from using Instant Text. Until the next version comes out, you can have Instant Text V Pro work with Vista as well as Windows 7 if you turn off the User Account Control.

Go to the Control Panel/User Accounts and click on User Accounts. Then click on "Turn User Account on or off" and uncheck the box "Use User Account Control".

In Windows 7 when in User Accounts click on "Change User Account Control Settings" and slide the scale down to "Never notify" and press OK. To get to this window you can also just click on Start and type UAC into the Search window.

You should have all applications closed as your computer will reboot.

Also make sure you are using Instant Text release 5.44
