Thanks, Cassie! Could you say how huge in MB that huge glossary is? I have about 15 doctors, so I guess I can't get your ratios. For a couple of them I could probably get close to that with my present c. 1MB work glossary for each plus all the ABCZ glossaries if I didn't use their elaborate templates. These templates save many many strokes but don't show up in productivity stats. I do mainly op reports now and I start nearly all of them a template. It is amazing how each of 15 doctors can cover the same ground and yet have so many personalized phrasings so that one work glossary for each definitely works the best for me. Still, I might try a heckamega-glossary, as you are suggesting. A 9-1 ratio is supermalagorgeous, as my grandfather used to say! Jon
