When you merge glossaries Instant Text adds all the names of the glossaries you have used for the merge to the top of the result glossary.
It is a little bit surprising that all the glossaries have the Medstart name.
You can open the glossary in Notepad and delete all these glossary names except for one. A glossary always needs to have at least one starting line such as:
[Glossary Medstart 40 6]
The numbers are not that important. When you compile a glossary they indicate the compilation parameters (the Minimum Word Frequency number and the Maximum word number per phrase).
