Have you linked Instant Text to DocQscribe?

You need to do this a first time, and from then on you will be linked automatically like in MSWord.

See page 34 in the manual.

Instant Text expands your short forms in the format of DocQscribe, not a problem. To get the headers in DocQscribe style, you just import the User.aco file and include the converted glossary to any of your Instant Text glossaries.
