Instant text jump with Word '07

I would like to add an entry for measurements so that while in Word, I can jump to each spot and add measurements. For example, I want to type "rkm" and get the right kidney measures __ x __ x ___. How would I add this so that in word, I can jump to the __? I think I need to incorporate the bookmarks somehow?
