In this instance, as there are several issues that need to be addressed, it would be best to contact tech support directly by either sending an email to support@textware.com or by calling 781-272-3200.
When contacting tech support, please be sure to include your Instant Text serial number, along with the release of IT V Pro you are using and what version of Windows you are using.
