Compilation feature

The compilation feature is the feature within IT that automatically creates glossaries for you based on reports that you have saved on your computer.

To compile reports from DocQscribe, if you are not able to save the reports directly, the work-around is to copy/paste your report and save them in another application such as WordPad or Notepad.

With MS Word 2007, the compilation feature does not currently recognize .docx files so the work-around is to save them as .doc files.

With either platform, the process is the same. The files must first be saved onto your computer, and then you can run the compilation to have Instant Text create a glossary for you.
