Line Counter feature

Just discovered this nifty little feature of IT (slow night--reading the manual...). I am wondering if there is anyway you can save the documents to the log with your own document names...as I will be making my invoice and needing to match it to job numbers...anyway I could save these to the log with my Own name--instead of having to go back into the log and rename the docs the way I want them named?
