Proscribe

I just started using Proscribe software by Proscript and am having trouble linking it up. I have been told that others on the account do use IT with success. I have noticed that sometimes it links and I can actually expand, but IT is behind Proscribe and I cannot see the advisiory numbers. Other times it links at the bottom of the software, but when I go and click on the document somewhere IT unlinks.
