advisory lines

Hi all, I have a question in regards to the use of advisory lines. My transcription service just switched to ChartScript.net (web-based program) from ChartScript (Word-based program). It has been difficult to get used to say the least. One of the problems I am having is I can only have 3 advisory lines showing at a time, due to the way the platform has its demographic screen and typing screen. If I have more than 3, I really have a very small window to type in, and to move down within the report is very difficult. I have to shrink IT, move my cursor where I want it, and then maximize IT again. So, I am finding 3 advisory lines working well. My question is, since I am very limited in the amount of advisory lines I can use, is it better for me to have long phrases or a lot of short phrases with continuations?
