Can you be more specific

It is not clear to me what you call current and original glossary and the glossary you are working in.

The glossary you have highlighted in the Glossary list is called the current glossary.

When you do Shift Alt= you open the Glossary Viewer where you see all entries, the ones of your current glossary and the ones of the glossaries you have included.

Do you want to delete an entry from the current glossary or from an included glossary?

To update a change you make in an included glossary you need to reopen the current glossary.

If you still see the entry come up, it may be still in another included glossary. As Instant Text does not show the duplicates, you may not realize that you have the same entry in several glossaries.

If this does not answer your concerns, the best may be to call tech support.
