Still not working...

I tried to change the expansion to use only command entries rather than formatting... Here are the results...

Expansion as typed (and as expanded in local Word 2003, although bold is not showing up here the all caps headings are bolded...)

MAMMOGRAM

INDICATION: Routine screening evaluation.

HISTORY: Patient denies breast complaints.

FAMILY HISTORY: None.

COMPARISON:

TECHNIQUE: Bilateral CC and MLO views are obtained. CAD evaluation is performed.

BREAST COMPOSITION: Scattered fibroglandular densities.

FINDINGS:

When expanded on my remote server now, I get this.... (headings are bolded as before, but...what the heck is going on otherwise??) Can you offer any insight?
