Two ways to do multipe deletions
There are two ways to do multiple deletions. One is to use the Move dialog. In the move dialog, you can see all the phrases of a two-letter group, for example all the ones starting with "tp". Then you can use the delete button to delete the highlighted one. Another way is to open the glossary in a text editor such as UltraEdit or WordPad and delete lines from there. In some versions of Windows, WordPad is in Start/Programs/Accessories. To work conveniently on glossaries, go to View/Options/Text/Word wrap and check No wrap, to have each glossary entry on one line. Marianne PS. Ask yourself also why you want to delete entries. A good reason is if they contain typos or patient names. On the other hand, do not delete an entry just because you would not enter it directly, as it may be used by continuations. For entries that you do not want to see, you can also move them to the end of a two-letter group.
