I am glad to know I won't blow IT up! :)
I'm actually already using the method I described and have about 100 docs in my AccountXIncludes glossary. I add more all the time though, so wanted to make sure I wasn't going to blow up my glossary by adding too many includes. :) As I mentioned, there is typically only one entry in each doc's glossary (their normal). I name each one like this: xnlastnamefirstname The x is because I don't use x for many other things in my phrases and the n is for normal. Usually, I don't even have to enter the whole thing. Like if a doc is name John Smith, I will type xnsmithj, and there he is. Usually, it's not even that many keystrokes because of dissimilar last names. I sure love this program!
