Yes you can cut-and-paste from one glossary to another. If you are using Wordpad, the easiest is to open two WordPads. Then you can easily cut from one window and paste in the other. Another way to proceed is to merge glossary A and B. Then open the merged glossary and delete what you want to remove. Finally, you can use Condense in the Importer to tidy up the result. Marianne
