The best continuations come from compiling documents. The rules followed by the (complex) algorithm are not easy to describe. But why would you want to do manually what the computer can do automatically in seconds? Nothing prevents doing a glossary by direct entry as you do and later merge another one done by compilation and thereby providing better continuations. Jean Ichbiah
