IT III does not have a Repair function

and you will have to use an editor such as UltraEdit or WordPad to do the repair manually. The message you are getting gives you a hint for where to search:

When I open that one I get the message:
TNFerade.
Press OK to continue without the line, cancel otherwise.

Search for TNFerade or whatever the line says
