Thanks for responding! I was especially interested in how you switched glossaries. I do use the control keys (badly). Since I don't know all the ins and outs of IT, I never know if there's an easier way to do something.

I just "discovered" wait/stop and picklists yesterday, which really helped with 1 dictator I have. He dictates almost the same thing for a colonoscopy, but has 2 slightly different versions.

I still can't decide how to organize my glossaries - I have a small pool of dictators, some of which do several areas. I also have a lot of information specific to a site (local docs, nursing homes, cities) and I would really like to get that out of my main glossary. I think I'm worried that switching glossaries and having other phrases potentially come up first will slow me down. Right now I have a main glossary (with includes) and a drug glossary that I like to keep separate. I think I did try the dosage glossary, but it didn't work for me. Just wondering how everyone else handles that.

I like your idea with copying to the folders - I keep forgetting to save the reports that I do. Usually, I'm going in and picking up other MTs reports in order to look for things - I've only been doing this a few months. Unfortunately, a lot of the reports have errors, and I'm reluctant to use those for compiling. I need to go back and look at the enrich feature again - haven't used it since school, but it may be what I need.

Thanks for all the great ideas, and thanks for taking the time to reply.
Jane
