I use Instant Text and strongly prefer to use autospaces. However, if I use this feature, then at the end of every paragraph there are two extra spaces.
I'd been letting this go, not giving it a second thought, until my superior informed me that I was "padding my line count" (our counting method does count spaces).
So, now I have to back up and delete all of these extra spaces, and the irony is that I'm not typing them, but then I have to delete them (which IS keystrokes technically) so that I don't bill for them... crazy. Kind of a pain, but would be just as much a pain to turn off autospacing in IT.
I'd like to create a macro to do this for me. I puttered a bit and can't get my brain around a method. I am not VB literate. Am I in over my head, better off just manually deleting them? Can someone recommend a good resource for these kinds of things?
Thanks in advance.
