Are the macros stored in your normal.dot?

If yes, go to Tools/Macro/Macros and scroll down the macro names, select (highlight) the macro name, then click the delete button. Answer yes to the prompt to save the normal.dot when you quit Word.

Back up the normal.dot file first in case you make a mistake.
