Corrupt Normal.dot in Word 2003?

A lady who works with me had Word 2002 lock up and shut down several times a day, so I advised her to upgrade to Word 2003. She still has the problem, although not as often. I am afraid her Normal.dot or her .acl file is corrupt. If so, how can she transfer all her macros and Autocorrect and Autotext entries? Does she need to use the Organizer? If so, how?
