She got the whole version of Office 2003 Pro, but...

she transferred over her Normal.dot and .acl files to keep her macros and Autocorrect and Autotext entries. I had freeze-up problems with Word 2002 and when I deleted it and installed 2003, even though I used my same Normal.dot and .acl files, I didn't have any problems. I thought that would solve her problem too. Thanks for the advice about her temp files. We will try that next...
