A couple of options depending on the size of your glossaries: You can merge two glossaries (making sure you assign a new name to the new glossary) and then open the glossary in Notepad to edit/delete.

Open both glossaries in Notepad and copy/paste between the two.

Whichever method you choose, make sure you back up your glossaries first in case you wind up with something you really don't want.
