Press Alt + F9 to toggle the field code view on

(or off) so you can see the fields in your document. Press F11 to jump to each field. Shift + F11 goes back to the previous field.

If field code view is not on, your cursor will jump to the immediate left of the field bracket and the field will remain in your document.
