In Tools/Word Count, divide the characters by 65.

There is a count for characters and characters with spaces. Word cannot be set up to "base" the count on a specific character line.

If this form is set up in table format, you will not get a correct count. You would be wasting an enormous amount of time trying to highlight text in each cell (or area) to get your count. You might want to consider getting a true counting program that has options to count exactly what you need to count.
