Normal.dot is 109 KB after adding macros

My normal.dot is now 109 KB after adding the 21 macros. It was previously 49 KB. All of the macros are for finding and replacing items everywhere they occur in the document.

How do I use the organizer to transfer the macros to a different .dot file? How do I add that new .dot file to my startup folder? I believe there is a Sauder's Pharmaceutical Reference in the startup folder, and I would like to delete that, as it may be helping to slow things down, too. Can I do that when I add the new .dot file to the startup folder?

Are you saying that as long as the macros are in a .dot file, they will always be available on my toolbar but won't slow down documents when I open them?

Additional note: I just did a search on this forum regarding the organizer, and I see that keyboard shortcuts do not copy. Is that correct? I do have a few keyboard shortcuts in the normal.dot. Can I leave them there and just move the find and replace ones to a new .dot file?
