Reinstalling your spellchecker.

It sounds like you don't have a separate medical spellchecker program. Probably in that case you are talking about the custom dictionary that comes with Word. If that is the case, you should be doing regular backups of your custom dictionary. If you have never done a backup, there is nothing to reinstall. You'll have to start building your dictationary all over again.
