COPYING AUTOCORRECT

How do I copy my Auto-Correct from Word 2003 so that I can put it into Word 2007 on another computer??? We are upgrading and I am terrified. Also I bought a book "Teach Yourself Visually Word 2007". Which I think will be a big help, but not everything I need to know is in that book.
