Is there a key combination to take me backward to an F11 "stop"? SM

I've put in "stops" via Control+F9.

Doc sometimes goes out of his normal order and I have to go backward to a prior "stop". I've just been using the arrow keys to get me there and am hoping there's a key combination to move me there quickly.

I use MS Word 2002.
