finally gets it done!

i just elevated my restricted account to administrator, then i logon on that account and installed smartype.after that, i fire up msw and verified that smartype is enabled now.(it is now.)close msw, went to control panel and demoted myself to limited account.restart windows then logon again on that limited account.open up msw and there it is,smartype is enabled on msw on a limited account. hope this helps.:-)
