Toolbars . . .

Cheryl, I finally discovered what is causing the problems I'm having, but I need your assistance please. View, Toolbars, Formatting brings back the tabs that I've been searching for; however, the change won't "stick," so to speak. It may last for a second or two and then drops off again. How can I get that change to stabilize and stay put? Please respond. Thanks.
