Yes, I agree better to learn 2007 now, rather than learn 97 and then learn 2007, but as of this minute I need to find a document in Word 97 and I can't. Does anyone know how to search in Word 97 by a patient name/date/etc, as I have no idea where this document is and I need it Asap.

This is the second time I have hit some key while typing along that has shut down Word entirely. Gone.... not just down at the task bar, I mean GONE. I guess I had not saved it yet (though I thought I did). Something I am hitting closes the program entirely without asking if I want to save, etc.

Rather than retype the whole thing I thought I would search first, as I had typed quite a bit. (maybe I saved it by another name than I should of and just cannot find it) so thought I would search----- If I knew how that is?

I would appreciate any tips anyone has to offer. Thanks
