Formatted entries not holding when pasting from Word into Meditech.

Formatted entries are also not holding when IT linked to Meditech and expanded from IT. For instance, headings bolded and underlined as a formatted entry in IT expand without formatting in Meditech. MSWord copying and pasting using IT formatted entries into Meditech do not hold. Using IT Pro V, latest build date. Meditech Magic V4 if this helps. Any help here?
