Thanks for the great info Laura. I am having trouble knowing what you mean by "Change the gallery to Autotext (in the drop down)." I have been surfing these tabs at the top and I cannot find autotext or anything about a gallery. Could you steer me to which tab I should be looking under. (In 97 I just had a button on my toolbar. (I miss my Word 97 tool bar. There is too much stuff at the top of this Word 2007, that I wish I could simplify it by removing most of it.

The reason I am desprately looking for autotext is I just loved your book. I have 12 doctors all with separate templates and autotext entries for the signature line, etc. (Using separate templates and autotext allowed me to use the same shortcut for the 12 different doctors for my letter format, but allowed me to change the intro and exit lines and the docs signatures without worring about putting the wrong docs shortcut by accident. When I choose their template and then use autotext there is no way to make a mistake. Love that!!! So imagine my fear when I could not find autotext!!!! Loved your book. Lots of great suggestions. It was nice to have someone that "understood" what would work for the MT world. Hope you write another!!!!!
