auto text not working - looking for laura if she is out there

My autotext entries did not work when I transferred my files from 97 to 2007. --- so I making a new one.

Trying to make a boilerplate for a standard letter format. I will bring up the boilertext many times by using autotext. (I have each doc in separate template).

I am highlighting my format. I then use Alt + F3 to bring up the box. I choose the name I will type to bring up my boilerplate (mdilett). Under gallery drop down I change to autotext.category I left as general. description I left blank. Save in I used as my template name Dr. Smith template. Under options I useed insert contents only.

I then go to my next patient on a new page and type mdilett for my autotext entry and nothing happens. I only get mdilett on the page.

Any suggestions appreciated.
