We just did an EXText upgrade to Word 2000 through Dictaphone's EXText. Funny thing, upgrades done on my laptop went fine, but on Desktop, no such luck. The mouse is fine when using Word without being connected to VPN and Dictaphone. However, when connected to VPN and using EXText, mouse will not highlight text and only works on tool bar buttons. The autotext will also not work (and preferences have it unchecked in my phrase expander). As best I can find on Google, the mouse issue is with a plug-in, but I find no plug-ins running when I run Word connected thru the VPN.
Any suggestions here?
