AutoCorrect entries are stored in two places.

The normal.dot stores formatted entries. The .acl file stores unformatted entries. Where the .acl file is located depends on your version of Word and Windows.

The easiest way to locate your unformatted AutoCorrect entries is to add one entry and look for the most current modified date in your search. Type *.acl in the Search box. You may have to check the box to search for hidden files and folders and also change your view to Details so you can see the dates of files. When the .acl files appear in the drop-down window, right-click the correct file and select SendTo to copy the file to your floppy/Zip/CD or email the file to yourself. Copy the file to the correct folder path on the other computer.

Be aware that copying your acl and/or normal.dot to your daughter's computer will wipe out any customizations she has set up for herself.
