minimize windows and jumping back and forth between open windows

1. Is there a way to minimize (and maximize) windows I have open at the bottom of Word 2007 (Vista) by using the KEYBOARD?

2. Is there a way to jump from window to window I have open at the bottom without using the mouse?

(I have to keep switching between windows while transcribing and then have to minimize/maximize 2 different windows each time I have to submit a report.)

3. Also, is there a way on this word board to change my user name? (that option is not given in the reset password/email area)
