typing at bottom

Does Word 2007 have a way to roll up the document (other than mousing as you go along) as you are typing so that you are not always looking at the bottom of the screen. Once reaching the bottom of the first page the text only goes in line by line at the very bottom of the screen.

I have a bad neck and would love to just look straight ahead at the top of the screen and not be looking down the 7-8 hours a day I type. Any suggestions.... TIA
