Duplicate text within same document

I'm wondering if there is a way to duplicate text within a document, without having to do the cut/paste function? In other words, if the doctor dictates "on her Florida Driver's License" or "on her Florida Identification Card," and repeats it again later in the document, can I program something in within the document to automatically complete the second dictated later in the document?
