Shorthand to Autocorrect 2010

I want to convert my Shorthand dictionary to Autocorrect. I have Word 2010 and Shorthand 10. I am having problems trying to use both. I would prefer to use Autocorrect but would like to be able to convert the Shorthand dictionary to Autocorrect. I need step-by-step instructions.
