Looking for a job.

Ive been in the medical field for awhile now and Im 20 years old. In high school I studied nursing and out of high school I got a job at my local hospital doing central sterilization. I worked there approx. 2 1/2 years and decided I needed a change. I started taking care of an elderly woman as Im a certified GNA and I did that for 5-6 months but did not like it as much as I thought I would. Im guessing I really disliked the woman.

Anyways Im looking for something new and have some interest in Medical Transcription. Im very good in medical terminology..I love computers..and I can type great.

My reason for posting is to ask everyone the perks/advantages of the job and the disadvantages.

Also..is it better/easier to work at home or get a job at a hospital??

Last question is should I go to school for this or do a home training course...or even get an education on it at all...as I know he majority of it.
