Backing Up Quick Correct

Hi, I'm new here and so not sure if this is the right message cateogry or not -- my question is I have WP Office (WP9) on two computers. Is it possible to back up my quick correct/quick words that I have on one computer and transfer that backup file to the other computer, so I don't have to reinvent the wheel? Thanks. Linda
