Problem with Commands

First of all I love the new features of IT7, but I am having a recurring problem with commands. I have upgraded to IT7 from ITV and use Word 2002. My commands worked perfectly in ITV but now after running them, they will drop letters from words. For exampled "HEENT" will become "HEET" or "disabled" will become "isabled." There is no rhyme or reason. Sometimes the command will work fine and sometimes there are word errors and the errors are not always the same. My Smart Cut and Paste has always been unchecked. I thought this might be a problem with the commands created in ITV, but I just created a command from scratch in IT7 and am still having the same problem. Any ideas of what is going on or what I'm doing wrong?
