I feel extremely fortunate that a company I worked for many years ago chose IT as their expander of choice. Though I know there are people who swear by their expanders, I KNOW there is none better than IT.

It is not just my text expander, but is part of my thinking process and in fact, I sometimes think in "ITese" when I am talking or reading a book -- that is how ingrained it has become. I love your product and how it has enabled me to perform better and ear more.

More importantly, though, I am grateful for the personal service one receives from the staff at IT.
