Even though it is advised to have customized glossaries, the use of large glossaries is very common. They can have several hundreds of thousands of entries. Instant Text 7 Pro will always load them very quickly when opening Instant Text and update them instantaneously any time you add or edit them.
Continuations can be customized to take into consideration the number of words of context you define.
