Transfer Macros

This question may be academic, but I am not sure where to begin. I have a series of macros I use with Microsoft Word and they're not crucial, but convenient. One example is to change my document view from whatever it might've saved as to "Print Layout."

As you may be aware, Microsoft has removed macros for "our safety." I fix it to allow macros and with every update, my fix is undone. They're also being clever with fixing the macro block. Is there any way for me to transfer my macros into InstantText so I do not have to keep overriding Microsoft?

If not, I can live without them, but I thought I'd ask.
