Not always possible

Hi Margy, my rule of thumb would be to replace the macros that can easily be translated into Instant Text expansions by corresponding expansion or hotkey glossary entries. For example, changing the document layout to print layout can easily be achieved using keyboard shortcuts:
{Alt W}p

But if you have complex Word macros, they may not be so easy to translate into Instant Text expansions, in which case you are better off keeping them. :-)
