Changing number formatting in AI drafts

I'm not sure if this can even be done with IT, but as I am editing AI drafts, frequently numbers are in the wrong format, and I'm wondering if there is a way to quickly change them without just deleting the number/word and replacing it. For example, if the number 5 is used by AI, but I need "five" instead, is there a way I can change the format without making a unique entry for every number? I just want the word instead of the number. Or, if I have a date and the AI puts it as 111722, and I need 11/17/22, is there a way to do that? I make this type of edit all day long in an AI draft and was hoping IT could "fix" them more easily.
